All Sales Are Final

Because every item we produce is custom-made and personalized to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed. Each piece is engraved specifically for you, which means it cannot be resold or reused.

Errors on Our Part

We stand behind our work. If we made an error — such as engraving the wrong text, using the wrong design file, or shipping a defective product — we will gladly replace the item at no cost, including shipping.

To report an error, email us at oslasering@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order reference, photos of the issue, and a brief description. We typically respond within one business day.

What Is Not Covered

  • Requests for returns based on change of mind, color preference, or sizing.
  • Errors in the artwork, spelling, or design file submitted by the customer.
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper care after delivery.
  • Normal wear and tear over time.

Replacement Timeline

Replacement items are produced and shipped as quickly as possible, usually within our standard production window.
